First, we begin with a free 20 minute video/phone call where you can discuss your health concerns with me and we find out if we can work together.

Continue with two further follow-up sessions and three catch-up's to monitor your progress, make any necessary adjustments, and enhance your nutritional knowledge.

Once you decided to proceed, I will send you a health and lifestyle questionnaire and provide you access to my portal. This allows you to log your food intake before our meeting, enabling me to help you identify any gaps.

You will get a details summary of personalised goals after each session. Throughout the programme, you’ll have direct access to me and my exclusive client portal for support and guidance.

We’ll start with an initial consultation to assess your diet and set clear goals. Your bespoke plan includes science-backed guidance, with optional supplements and testing for added support.

Starter recipes and meal planning are all included for you to become acquainted with the fundamentals of nutritious cooking.
Testing and supplements are available as optional extras to further personalise your journey.
