Here's how it works

First, we begin with a free 20 minute video/phone call where you can discuss your health concerns with me and we find out if we can work together.

Once you decided to proceed, I will send you a mini health and lifestyle questionnaire and provide you access to my portal. This allows you to log your food intake before our meeting, enabling me to help you identify any gaps.

Then, we'll kick off with a detailed 45-minute session to assess your current dietary habits and set clear, achievable goals.

Continue with two further 30-minute sessions set one week apart to monitor your progress, make any necessary adjustments, and enhance your nutritional knowledge.

You will get a details summary of personalised goals after each session.

Starter recipes for you to become acquainted with the fundamentals of nutritious cooking.
