I really enjoyed Rakhi's talk!

I learnt that the butterflies I feel before an exam are actually my gut talking to my brain,
which is pretty cool.

Rakhi also taught us how to keep our skin healthy and clear through food
and how to have more energy.

Her video is really helpful and informative, I’ve learnt a lot from it!
