We start with a no-obligation video or phone call to explore your health concerns and see if we’re the right fit.

Personal Health Assessment :
Once you're booked in, you'll complete a comprehensive health and lifestyle questionnaire and a 3-day food diary. This helps me identify possible imbalances and prepare targeted strategies ahead of our first session.

Initial Consultation : Drawing on your health history, lifestyle, and nutrition data, we’ll explore the factors influencing your wellbeing. You’ll receive insights grounded in evidence-based research, tailored to your specific needs.

Personalised Health Plan : Your bespoke plan includes clear, practical dietary and lifestyle recommendations, along with targeted supplements and functional testing options where needed — all aligned with your health goals.

Ongoing Support & Accountability :You'll benefit from two 30-minute follow-up consultations and regular accountability check-ins to help you stay on track, adjust your plan as needed, and overcome any challenges along the way.

Mid-Plan Review or Test Analysis :
We’ll meet for a 45-minute session to review test results or assess your progress mid-programme. This is an opportunity to reflect, refine and refocus your plan based on how you're responding.

Submit your weekly food diary for personalised feedback. This helps keep your nutrition on point and allows for regular fine-tuning as your needs evolve.
