Here's how it works

First, we begin with a free 20 minute video/phone call where you can discuss your health concerns with me and we find out if we can work together.

Once you've booked, I'll ask you to complete a detailed health and lifestyle questionnaire and a 3-day food diary before your first consultation. This allows me to piece together potential imbalances you may be experiencing and identify which targeted strategies may best support your health.

The Initial Consultation builds on insights from your health questionnaire and food diary, exploring your health history, lifestyle, and nutritional status. We'll discuss evidence-based research tailored to your needs.

Your bespoke health plan includes science backed dietary and lifestyle recommendations aligned with your health goals, targeted supplement options, and specialised functional testing recommendations, if needed.

Throughout the programme, you will have regularly scheduled accountability checkpoints, including three check-in options and two 30-minute follow-up sessions, designed to evaluate your progress and address any challenges on your health plan.

Additionally, you'll have a 45-minute consultation to review test results or evaluate mid-plan progress. This session will allow us to discuss findings and assess the effectiveness of interventions.

You can submit weekly food diary reviews to help maintain your dietary goals, allowing us to provide feedback and make necessary adjustments to ensure consistent progress.

You’ll have access to an app that tracks your dietary intake, giving a detailed breakdown of what you consume to help you monitor and adjust your eating habits effectively. This app places all your resources and my guidance directly in your pocket, making support always accessible.

We offer learning resources, including handouts, videos, and infographics, to help you understand how your body functions and the impact of your lifestyle choices on your health.

We can offer a collection of starter recipes to introduce you to the fundamentals of nutritious cooking, along with guidance on where to find additional recipes to expand and enhance your diet.

If required a GP referral letter and recommendations for further testing will be provided, ensuring you receive comprehensive support and guidance for your health needs.

Finally, you will receive a 10% discount on supplements to support your health and wellness journey.
